How usage is measured

Vessel particulars search is unlimited across all subscription plans and does not count towards the monthly vessel analysis allocation.

One vessel analysis represents the analysis of one vessel over a user-selected date range. The number of historical Singapore port calls returned does not affect the usage count.

For example, analysing a batch of 100 vessels consumes 100 vessel analyses, regardless of how many historical port calls are identified for each vessel.

All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars and exclude prevailing GST. Additional vessel analysis capacity and service arrangements may be discussed during onboarding.

What counts as an analysis run?

An analysis run begins when a user submits a vessel list for Singapore port call analysis. A vessel particulars search performed separately is not treated as a batch analysis run.

Can plans be changed later?

Yes. Plans can be reviewed as the number of users, analysis frequency, or operational requirements change.

Is a long-term contract required?

Monthly and annual arrangements may be offered. Enterprise arrangements may include an agreed service period and support scope.

Can additional users or runs be added?

Additional user access or analysis capacity can be discussed where standard plan limits do not match the organisation's requirements.

Does the subscription include API charges?

The subscription covers access to the Port Call Analytics application and the functions stated in the selected plan. Any future third-party data charges will be communicated before they are passed on to customers.
